When you are behaving badly then you are sending all your negative energy to the people around you. Here are some tips & quotes to turn your behavior round.

The brain and nervous system continue to make new connections throughout life, a process known as neuroplasticity. We can actually develop new neural pathways that modify our perceptions, thoughts and behaviours. But even when the water starts to flow in a different direction and a new stream forms, the old channel still remains. It may be months or years before thoughts start to flow automatically in the new channel.”
Most of the time we are unconscious about the thoughts we think and this can be causing us pain. Recognizing and acknowledging these patterns help us to understand them and overcome them.
Stop complaining. It is obvious and often clearer to find the fault in a situation/ How about finding a solution instead. Try seeing one positive thing out of a situation. We can all complain but it is harder and takes training to give a complement instead.
Stop Judging. Other people live their own lives. What they post on social media is the good stuff, trust me there is plenty of bad stuff they go through but the perception is that life is perfect. Stop comparing yourself to them, your focus should be on yourself.
Stop avoiding your fear. Fear can stop you in your tracks, it can make you weak at the knees and paralyse you. Why not face your fear and do it anyway!
Stop being so hard on yourself. “When there is no enemy within, the enemies outside cannot hurt you.” African Proverb. You are your own worst enemy. Learn your subconscious so that you can master it.
Stop being negative. The more you don’t want something, the more it appears. The more negative you are, the more negativity you will get. Energy creates energy so more positive energy creates more positive energy.
Stop caring about what other people think of you. People can’t drive you crazy if you don’t give them the keys. Why give someone that much power over your life.
Stop worrying about the small stuff. Winston Churchill knew a thing or two “When I look back on all these worries, I remember the story of the old man who said on his deathbed that he had had a lot of trouble in his life, most of which had never happened.”
Stop needing to be right all the time. You don’t need to be right all the time, be accepting instead. Accept that it is their opinion and you are entitled to your opinion.
Stop blaming others. Try taking responsibility for everything that has happened to you. If you can’t like a situation then why not think about one thing that you would do differently next time. Taking ownership gives you power. When you blame others you are behaving badly.
Stop living in the past or the future. When you are depressed you are living in the past, when you are anxious you are living in the future. The present if a gift, that is why it is called a present.
